February: Welcome to The Cape

This February we’re exploring wines from Swartland, Simonsberg, and the Coastal Region - a snapshot of the country’s diverse landscapes and the stories that shaped them.

From shipwrecked sailors who planted the Cape’s first vines, to a restless winemaker chasing midnight dreams, to a French peasant who found freedom in new soil - South African wine was never just made, it was forged in courage, curiosity, and the promise of a better life.

The flight will be served with a true national treasure: biltong, the savoury, air-dried delicacy that’s as unmistakably South African as the vines themselves.
