Christmas private dining spaces not only help to accommodate larger groups during party season, they also give an extra sense of occasion to special events.

With a choice of rooms, impeccable service and congenial hospitality we have your Christmas company event covered, from business and corporate meetings, parties, drinks and canapé receptions to private wine and/or cheese tastings.

Farringdon has four private dining rooms, London Bridge has one large, airy, statement private space.

STELLENBOSCH ROOM

Capacities include 25 guests standing or 12 seated. Facilities include its own Champagne cellar and private bar.

FRANSCHHOEK ROOM

Farringdon

Capacities include 65 guests standing or 48 seated. This room can be booked together with the Robertson Room and Constantia Room resulting in a larger private area for even bigger Christmas parties and functions.

ROBERTSON ROOM

Accommodates 60 guests standing or 50 seated. This room can also be hired as a semi-private space for smaller parties.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR CHRISTMAS DINNER PARTY

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Our Christmas party menus are available for tables of 8 or more.

  • We have incredible wines to sip on, wine is not included in the party menu prices so what you choose is up to your taste (and your budget).

    If you need help, advice or prices to add wine to your party menu please don’t hesitate to contact us. At VB we love big bottles so why not choose magnums or bigger for your party?! Our cellars are well stocked with large bottles: magnums, jeroboams, methuselahs and larger which we will happily match to your menu if requested.

  • If you decide to confirm your event with us, we will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated spend in order to secure your booking. The remaining 50% of the estimated spend is payable 2 weeks before your event. Any addition of the final bill will be charged on the night of the event.

  • Some dishes may contain nuts or other allergens, so please tell us at the time of booking if you or a guest has any allergies.

  • From intimate dinner parties to some very merry mingling, we’ve got a space to suit your Christmas party style.

  • In the event that your booking cannot go ahead as planned due to COVID-19 restrictions or the venue is forced to close due to COVID-19, the deposit and any monies paid is non-refundable however it is transferable to any alternative date as mutually agreed where there is availability.

  • We’ll be giving our staff a well deserved rest over Christmas, so we’ll be shut from 3pm on 23rd December until 3rd January.
