Discover the Magic of Stellenbosch Wine

This April and May, our guided tastings are heading to Stellenbosch. Widely celebrated as one of the world's most famous and prestigious wine-producing regions, it is the beating heart of the Western Cape's viticulture.

A Journey Through South Africa's Most Storied Cellars

When you join us to explore South African wine, you are doing much more than just sampling a beverage; you are tasting history. During these upcoming events, we will introduce you to the fascinating people and places that make this region so globally renowned. We will share the tales of a family farm perched high above the clouds, guide you through South Africa's most legendary and storied cellar, and recount the inspiring journey of a Frenchman who traded poverty in Paris for paradise at the Cape.

Ancient Soils and Atlantic Breezes

What makes Stellenbosch so special? It is a brilliant geographical conspiracy. The region is blessed with ancient granite soils, sun-drenched mountain slopes, and cool Atlantic breezes that roll in to regulate the temperature. Together, these natural elements conspire to produce wines of extraordinary richness, depth, and boldness—the exact type of robust profiles that pair flawlessly with premium cuts from a South African steakhouse.

The Stories Behind the Vines

Every bottle we pour carries the weight of history and the undeniable warmth of the people behind them. By bringing these bottles halfway across the world to our cellar in London, we aim to bridge the gap between the passionate winemakers of the Rainbow Nation and the glasses of our guests.
