Monday 6th February Bubbly Time!!! Billecart Salmon Iconic producers of Rose, ambassadors of quality and family owned; 'Billecart-Salmon' is a champagne house like none other. Join us as Brand Manager James Thomas tells us more about this boutique producer, from their 100% control of production to their 'secret' blend. And to celebrate Valentine's Day coming up, we will taste not only their Rose from Magnum, but also their Cuvee Elisabeth 1998. £20 per person |

We will be offering a bubbly treat with Head Chef Fred's best efforts to make the most of this romantic evening. Monday 20th February Passport of Wine: South America Vivat Bacchus Farringdon 7.30pm After learning the ropes of wine tasting with Laura last month, it is now time to put those skills into practice in our 2012 wine course 'Passport of Wine'. A course that will see us taste our way around the world, discovering each countries signature grapes, hidden gems, and current issues. As February sees Brazil come to life with its famous carnival, we too thought we would celebrate all things South American. So come join us tonight as we talk Mendoza, Colchagua and Climate, and taste Malbec, Carmenere and Torrontes. We may even slip in a Brazilian Pinot Grigio to toast the carnival in style! £15 per person |
Monday 27th February Wine Dinner: Bonny Doon and Birichino Vineyards Vivat Bacchus Farringdon 7.30pm Tonight Vivat Bacchus is offering another 2 for 1 exclusive, as Alex Krause joins us from the USA to host a very exciting wine dinner. Alex will not only be telling us about the weird and wacky goings on at Bonny Doon, he will also be introducing to us his exciting new project 'Birichino'. With 'Rhone Ranger' Bonny Doon famous for Cork Funerals through to feuds with Robert Parker, and Birichino being translated in Italian as 'Mischievous', there will be definitely be lots to speak about. But rest assured the wines will speak for themselves as we taste Bonny Doon's flagship 'La Cigare Volant', their unique Albarino and Birichino's much talked about Malvasia over 5 courses of Fred's delicious food.
