In the past year, Vivat Bacchus has made headlines throughout the world.

From the introduction of rattlesnake onto the menu in August 2007, to the creation of the world’s most exclusive Christmas Hamper and the introduction in February 2008 of the UK’s first £1000 tasting menu, we have captured the imagination of the media and our customers alike.

Our team has appeared in the pages of every UK national newspaper and on television news. Even Richard & Judy featured our £1000 menu. And thanks to our customers we know we have been discussed on the news in places as far away as the United States, Hong Kong, Brazil, New Zealand and, of course, our native South Africa.
